Hi, I’m Helen and this is balance point sculpture – dance themed figurines inspired by artistes around the world. I'm all about gorgeous lines, toe point, flexibility, expressiveness and artistry.

And I love colour and textures.

I cover ballet, contemporary dance, rhythmic, women's artistic & acro gymnastics plus hand balancing. There's always a bit of experimenting going on so check out the gallery.

Balance point sculpture is a fusion of my childhood dreams of being a dancer/gymnast and an artist. Now I make a performance out of paper and turning goopy paper pulp into nice shapes is my very favourite thing to do.

I've been away from the site for a while but I'm gearing up to start sculpting again while working on some new mixed media canvas ideas. If you're local to Carshalton, Surrey, I have art in The Corner Gallery's new location.
